  • Pros: the service was quick and professional! TJ did a wonderful job in elaborating on the cause of my problem and providing me with a replacement. Cons: the clashing electronic noises coming from the video game floor area is positioned between the Genius Bar customer service area. So people are having to speak over one another making it difficult to focus. I suggest this store provides headphones for the gamer section and/or separate it from the Genius Bar.
