  • * I've dropped my four star review to a 3 after the past few visits. After 5 days my pedicure was chipping in a few areas. Yesterday I went in for a gel mani and pedicure. William gave me one of the worst pedicures. He didn't pay attention to detail, he actually drew blood on two different toes... I wanted the rosemary-mint scrub, he gave me lavendar... his massage was more of a rub which lasted five min on each leg and hardly focused on my feet. One of the main reasons I get the $36 pedicure is because of the longer massage. What a waste! He and the lady giving me my gel manicure were talking and laughing the entire time instead of focusing on their work. Bottom line, do NOT ever get William for a pedicure, he doesn't care. I would like to mention that Alan does a very thorough gel pedicure - he pays attention to detail, is very nice and cares about his work. Just got a gel manicure from Sam, I was told he was great... sadly I left very disappointed. He was friendly but his work was sloppy, he didn't make sure all the nails were shaped the same, and worst of all he didn't bring the polish to the cuticle so it already looks about five days grown out. He did give a really great (but quick) massage. I won't request him again. * I have been going here for years and have always been pleased with the services. Ana does a really great pedicure and an awesome leg massage, As does Ken. It is on the pricier side but the massage chairs are some of the best and the quality of the pedicure and nail polish is some of the best I've experienced. It's very spacious and aesthetically pleasing... Staff is always welcoming, quick to seat you and hand you a bottle of water. Only real issue I've had here is with manicures... I haven't found anyone I've been all that impressed by. Michelle is actually pretty rude and doesn't pay enough attention to detail. She has an attitude that's turned me off too many times now. Great place otherwise and nice that they're open every day of the week!
