  • Ikea contracts with Dynamex. The product was scheduled to be delivered on 6/28/2015. I received a call on 7/7/2015 indicating Dynamix was "in the midst of scheduling people due to the truck being delayed coming to the warehouse" and asked that I return their call. Anyone know what that means? Anyways... I returned their call. After being transferred to 4 people and asked for the same information 4 times, I was frustrated. I let Dynamex know that I was frustrated. Dynamex hung up on me. The product will now be delivered on July 18, a full three weeks late.
