I went into kohls to buy a nice pair of shorts and a shirt. I got to the cashier counter. I had asked the cashier NOT to touch the counter with the clothes. And that I had a major phobia about touch store countertops or conveyor belts. So she took the cloths from me and the first thing she did was place them on the counter. Then she said she had to because of some security thing in the shirt. Then proceeded to wipe a part of the shirt on the counter. I wanted to buy these cloths for my son's graduation. Because I was short on time I paid for the clothing and went home I had to find some not new clothes to wear to the graduation and I ended up being late. Now because kohls employee did not listen to what I asked. I now have to return the stuff I bought. I was late to my son's graduation. I guess customers don't matter anymore these day to kohls and there employees.
