| - Took my son's car to Sear Auto at Chandler Mall for it was falling apart via a bad front end that was weaving and wearing poorly on his new tires that were purchased in April 2017 and were now destroyed in Nov. of 2017. The 2003 Infinity G35 Quote of 4k were bandied about by my son's repair place. So, found the top six #5 star performers in the East Valley and took the car around to get the best Value (Price, Parts, Review, Warranty) This did take time yet was well worth it in the end. Sears Auto was in the mix and then found out they will match my lowest prices providing parts/work was equal when compared. Additionally, went on line to pull some Sears Coupons for additional money off some other ancillary services for oil, lube etc. Worked closely with Burt, Judy, Terry and the lead mechanie (former military vet and just got back--Great Guy) and that helped for they advised me what I DID NOT NEED for some quotes noted some repairs that upon their review WAS NOT NEEDED at this time. I was working on a budget to keep this car on the road for another three years so I had to approach this project of what was CRITICAL, IMPORTANT and Nice if I could afford it. Thus a Triage List. Sears honored the lifetime warranty on the Monroe shocks that they installed back a few years ago even though they no longer do and have gone to Gabriel shocks now and the warranty is a bit more limited and not as broad. At the end of the day we got new control arms, alignment, shocks, oil and differential changes, fuel system clean out, put on wipers and installed filters that I PURCHASED ELSEWHERE and clearly demonstrating their commitment to CUSTOMER SERVICE and providing me a very positive and satisfying experience with the Chandler Mall Sears Automotive Staff. Burt, the Manager and Judy run a great team and Terry was extremely helpful, congenial, honest and forthcoming along with the Lead Mechanic who did the work! And everything came in under my budget!!! Great Work Great Service and Under Budget! Thank you SEARS AUTOMOTIVE for taking care of your customers. I will be back!
