  • My wife n I spend a lot of money there, recently I wanted to purchase something there that cost about 1500.00 n asked for help. I asked for help, had a few questions n the guy didn't know the product(which is understandable) but made no attempt to get someone that did. So, we sent in another tome and basically the same thing happened. I then decided to contact the company direct. The Rep was awesome n tried to help me but with his phone calls was ignored n blown off as well. I spoke to the rep again n he suggested I go speak to the mgr, but he understood my frustration n offered to direct ship if needed. So again I went to the store, went to the checkout counter n was ignored again, that is until a very rude lady jumped in front of me n asked for help. To which she was helped. Then when the clerk came back to the register n walked rite by me not saying a word. I got her attention n asked for the Manager to help me as suggested by the product rep. She told me the mgr was off n not once offered anyone else. I then explained that I needed help and she called someone to help me but again did not know about the product (which I honestly understand). He then called someone yo help, we stood there about 5 min n then he walked away never to be seen again. An employee walked up n then walked away. About ten minutes later one of the clerks said something about why didn't I say something because the guy called walked up to the counter. (Like I'm suppose to know sho was called to help me). He was called again, almost 20 min later he came back to the counter snd was finally able to help me. Needless to say I was frustrated n almost walked out. He was able to finally help me very kindly n I appreciate his help, but a customer shouldn't have to go through this to spend money at a store. I don't believe the silliness about the customer always bring rite or to the point of babying a rude customer, but that is not n was not me in any way. I worked retail for 6 years when I was younger n we woulda been destroyed for treating s customer like I was treated. I ended up spending the money because we like the product and We like Cal Ranch a lot but I truly hope this gets addressed or we will shop somewhere else. Sorry
