  • I did not have a good experience with this company. I appreciate that they fit me into their schedule the same week I called, but they were comparatively expensive and my carpet looks worse than before they cleaned it! I paid for three rooms and a hallway. He didn't clean the whole room; only the high traffic areas, and charged extra for a 2" coffee stain. He told us to wear the protective booties when walking on the cleaned areas as it would take 10 hours to dry. 10 hours--Ha! It took over 3 days most areas, and I had water stains in a doorway. The areas he cleaned are still noticeably darker 5 weeks later. I wish I'd cleaned the carpet myself like I usually do instead of paying lots to have it look worse. We're empty-nesters with no pets, so our carpet was not that dirty before we hired them.
