  • Jacob's Medical Associates provides exemplary medical care. Whereas in most medical practices your choices are to wait until there's an availability (sometimes weeks or months away) or go the E.R., Dr. Leslie Jacobs has worked me into her schedule on short notice many times. When I called the office today, she thought my symptoms warranted a cardiology visit. Initially, the cardiologist's office said that the Dr. was booked until June and all they could do was schedule me to see the nurse. I found this unacceptable, and I called Dr. Jacobs' office back and told them that I would only see my cardiologist. Within less than an hour, Sheila, the office manager,returned my call and informed me that I had an appointment scheduled with my cardiologist later in the afternoon. Finally, Dr. Jacobs is an excellent clinician. She values a collaborative doctor-patient relationship, and I feel confident in her medical judgments. I also want to compliment the staff. Medicine is a stressful field, yet regardless of how busy the office is, the staff are always kind and professional. This has to be the best medical practice I've been to.
