  • You know a place is going down hill when management is not concerned with customer service... Do NOT join them for Happy Hour or Tapas because honestly, good luck if you do. Time to change my post- work out routine because they just lost a fairly frequent customer over a plate of olives... Sound silly? I agree! Long story short I was sitting at the bar decompressing and wasn't aware that by the time I ordered it was six minutes past the Happy Hour cut-off time. Simple solution... override the system and tell me thats the last Tapas order. Pita Jungles management's solution, who is apparently not concerned at all with customer satisfaction, give me the lame " the computer wont let me do it," response. I just want some olives! There are to many restaurants in town for me to frequently visit one with management like that. I've been in industry I was not impressed. Corporate apathy is not my thing, if your into it than by all means go sit at their bar.
