Poor customer service. Came in as a walk-in for a pedicure...there were about three women just sitting around and they seemed confused for a minute. I wasn't sure where to go and was clearly needing some direction...they all started talking in their native language until finally one of them approached me and gave me a direction to go in. It was 12:30 and I said to the woman that I had an appointment at 2pm for a massage somewhere else and I just wanted to be sure that I would be fine in time...this really seemed to confused them and I don't think she understood what I was saying. There was some back and forth with another woman in another language for about 5 minutes...and after explaining myself three more times...I think they finally understood what I was saying...and then I got attitude. The woman providing my service barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed. The water for my feet was cold...and the all around pedicure was mediocre...she barely scrubbed my heels at all. The whole experience was lacking a warm and fuzzy feeling. They need to get it together....and remember that they are in a service industry where the customer should have a pleasant experience....so they will come back. I will not be back.
