  • If I could give zero I would. First off booked appt for 9 am showed up at 1:30. When they got here and parked. Showed them the apartment. Thought we were going to get started and the 'manager' /owner said we need to go over contract. He started to offer me flat rate. I'm confused. What do I need that for? He said we charge for hallways. Now 5 hours late. He's offering a $550 flat rate? I called my husband who was downstairs he walked out. Said good luck finding cheaper. High and dry. Booked through uhaul tomorrow. Like we always do. These people should not be in business. They prey on the fact that ppl might be in a jam.
