  • I would not give any stars. This is a bate and switch place. My father and I identified a couch that we liked online, went into the show room. A girl working there told us ''Oh we don't have that couch on the floor but try this one out its very similar the same brand" so we did, it was comfortable and so we decided to order online. They then required me to come back in person to show two IDs to prove I was me. They asked for me to email them a debit card picture as a second ID. 1. I paid with a credit card so unless you are trying to steel my identity why do you need my debit card. 2. Email is insecure and even if they didn't steel it I don't want anyone else steeling it. I chose to go in and show my drivers license and pass port. They said fine. I got the delivery, paid for assembly too. They came and assembled the couch and the delivery men took the box that the couches came in with them when they left. When I sat down on the couch, it felt like a rock. I couldn't believe it! I called and asked to speak to a manager and I spoke to Carlos who also told me its a 20% restocking fee, it needs to be in the original box (delivery guys from this place deliberately took back with them), and it needs to be disassembled (which clearly I can't do since I do not have special furniture building tools that remove bolts etc. (i.e) I also paid to have it built). Carlos basically just told me there is nothing he can do and that I don't have common sense. He also said they train there employees not to say what she said to me and basically he cannot be responsible. I asked to speak to his manager, he said no there is no one above me. I said I want to speak to the owner he said no. I said i'll take this to the news. He said fine and hung up on me. I contested the charges on my credit card but I am still terrified they will steel my identity since they look picture copies of my drivers license and my pass port! WTH?! I have this couch now I want them to take back, I'm thinking seriously about calling the police and the IRS and whoever else I have to call to get this figured out. What recourse do people have? I will not let this go unnoticed. They are scammers and thieves. Do not buy here. You have been warned. *UPDATE* Our credit card company sided with us because these people are crooks. Thank G-d we did not have to pay for that horrible couch and those jerks didn't end up fully taking advantage of us. Do NOT go here!
