| - After hearing about this from my friends, I was super excited to visit here.
It's not a sit down restaurant, you walk in and there's a counter right in front of you with a decent-sized menu displayed from behind. Be sure to know your Japanese cuisine terms or you'll have no idea what the noodle toppings are.
I ordered Tokyo Ramen, which was "light and spicy" and had it with beef and the Traditional Toppings. There was one person ahead of me, but our food came out at the same time, it took about ten minutes (not too bad). I wasn't thoroughly impressed, but I finished half of it - the bowl is HUGE by the way. I wouldn't get the beef because if you let it sit in the hot broth, it'll eventually get tougher, but its flavor seeps into the soup. I did have to add some Sriracha sauce to give it an extra kick.
Other than the food, there is also a variety of boba milk tea. I ordered the Thai milk tea, and it was great!
Overall, my experience could have been better, but it wasn't awful. I'll definitely come back sometime and have to try the udon.
