  • Terrible. This place messed up my eyebrows. Took a small patch out of the middle of the eyebrow and when I pointed it out to the lady doing my eyebrows, she said "well both eyebrows will never be the same" and brushed the hair around. I asked her two more times about it and she kept telling me it's the way my eyebrows are. I paid and got out to my car, look in the mirror and a whole patch is gone from the top of my right eyebrow. I go back in and ask to speak to the manager and he tells me all he can do is give me a gift card. I said I don't want that because I don't want to come back there to get my eyebrows done. He says he can give me half of a refund. I don't like causing scenes, so I just said "fine" and walked out with my $5. Only go there if you want to walk out with half an eyebrow and half a refund!
