My bro-in-law is from Peru and through him and his family I got to try this amazing cuisine. My sister also learned to make Peru's traditional dishes and I love it! Went here with my friend on a Wednesday night and it wasn't too busy. It's a quaint place inside of a strip mall. I ordered the chaufa de pollo which is basically chicken fried rice and it was a huge portion! I ate about 1/4 of it and saved the rest for later. It was really good! Next I will definitely be trying the papa a la huacaina or the lomo saltado.
