  • Horrible service. Since their computer is down I'm supposed to sit and wait for them because they can't fax it for the same price, which if they had good customer service, they would have simply faxed it for the same price instead of making me wait 20 minutes for their system to reboot which is their fault not mine. Manager was inconsiderate and rude. I've managed three ups stores myself and know how the system works and how ups stores work. Rude. Go to another ups store.
