  • I had Mason Mechanical put in my new AC unit because they partner with Lowes. They were great on the installation, their crews are nice and professional yet friendly. Unfortunately my new unit was making a whine that was driving us crazy. They came back out the next day after installation to try and quiet it down, no one was sure why it was making that whine. They have been out multiple times to address this issue, they finally got it to be quieter but I had to make some concessions on the filter I could use. They didn't think that should be the final answer and so they continue to work to resolve the issue in the best possible manner. I've had the installation manager out and even the owner of the company has come out to make sure my unit works they way it should. They could have very easily told me to "just live with it," but they haven't and they continue to make the time and effort to make my unit work the way it should. I really appreciate their commitment to doing the job right and making sure I'm happy with my investment. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to have any work done that they do! As of 9/11/2017 they have continued to work toward a solution to fix the problem. They have reached a solution that is more than fair to me. They have been nothing but kind and professional and have never once made me feel bad about all of the effort they have put into finding a solution. I am very grateful for their commitment to customer service and excellence. It's been a long time since I have had the good fortune to work with a company that has the values Mason Mechanical does. I highly recommend them!
