  • I had to take Judy to court to get my full deposit back. I suggest to anyone take pictures before you move your things in and take pictures as you clean or fix anything and save all receipts as well as document every exchange. They are very nice to talk with but don't want to be fair and won't allow a final walk thru with you present. I can't say it enough DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!
