It was pretty quiet here on a Saturday night despite the fact they had a hockey game on their TV. The place was kind of romantic and quaint. I was only here for the food as I had to drive later that night. I ordered the shepherd's pie which was made with actual ground lamb meat. I think I might have burned my tongue eating this since it was so frigging hot when it came out and it actually stayed hot throughout my meal. It came with a few baguette slices and a very tasty creamy coleslaw. The shepherd's pie was well seasoned and had lots of flavour.
My friends got the beef vindaloo and meat loaf. Both entrees looked amazing and they said that they enjoyed their food.
I think I might have to go out of my way to come to this pub. I love the atmosphere and the bartender/waiter was very nice and personable.
