  • What a wonderful dinner!! If you want foie gras, go to Pied au Cochon. We ordered the foie gras nigiri (sushi). A well sliced foie gras on top of sushi rice with a taste peanuts butter vinegar matching with sake soya sauce. What a perfect match. Then we added foie gras burger and pork shoulder ribs. The ribs are so tasty, with sauce sweet and spicy sauce. Just by typing my mouth is watering already!!
