rev:text	DO NOT HIRE THEM!! I very rarely take the time to write reviews like this but this is an unethical company. I called because a window wouldn't shut all the way. I told him I think it just has a piece of plastic or debris in the track that needed to come out. He said it's probably some sort of rod that will be $425 to replace. I did not realize when he quoted me that, that he would charge me that even if that wasn't the problem with the window. The guy spent 15 minutes working on the window, to take it out, clear the debris and put the window back in. The tech spent time to call Marc to see how much to charge us but never got a hold of him. My credit card was charged $425 FOR 15 MINUTES OF WORK WITH NO PARTS OR REPAIRS NEEDED!!! When I called the first time, I thought it was an honest mistake, but no, he tried to tell me he would take $100 off since they wouldn't need to do another service call and take the $11 part off the price. After a long discussion of how ridiculous the price was for a 15 minute service call we finally agreed on a fair(er) price. I have now called Marc numerous times as he said he would credit my card back and send me a receipt (which he said he would do before when I asked for a itemized receipt but still haven't received it). Yesterday he made a new 'commitment' to me to have it done by 7pm last night....well here we are a day later, almost 4pm and still no credit on my account or email of the receipt that we need for taxes. And now he's not answering the phone when I call and his voicemail box is full. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
