I used to love Dolce. Maybe it was the newness. It seemed to me they were right on track. And then they went into all out expansion mode. When they did that, a lot of the charm went away. It took FOREVER to get a person on the phone and customer service went bye-bye. Sometimes growth isn't a good thing. Dolce is a perfect example. Got too big for its britches. Now I only go there for products. Bummer.
