Have had my 2013 Dodge with about 25000 miles on it worked on 3 times, maybe 4 for the same issue. Last time I was there my service advisor assured me it was definitely fixed this time. It is not. My vehicle drives horribly now and I have been trying to get a hold of him for three weeks and can't seem to get any returned calls or emails. When asked about this after we finally got in touch with our service rep he just shrugged and said he gets lots of emails every day. Their service went from bad to worse. After writing a google review Mr Barnes replied. I reached out to him-no reply. I reached out to him a second time and finally got a reply. We made arrangements for the vehicle to be looked at one more time. They had it overnight and told us that there was an issue that had to do with a TSB and it was fixed the next day. We went and picked it up and they first couldn't find our keys. Finally found them and gave us the paperwork which said that they did NOTHING to our vehicle because they couldn't get it to replicate the problem. We asked our service rep what that was about and he assured us they HAD done something to our vehicle and he would mail us the corrected invoice the next day. He didn't so I again reached out to Mr. Barnes who referred me to the service manager as well as the operations manager. I was assured they would get back to me as soon as they figured out the issue. The next day after I hadn't heard from them I contacted them again and was told that our service rep had misinformed us and nothing had been done to our vehicle. I requested 2-3 times that they give us our full service record. They ignored me. Two weeks later I get an email from our service rep stating what work had been done and the TSB they had referenced. I'm not sure who is lying but it's quite obvious someone is. Now to find a reputable dealer to take a look at my vehicle. Steer clear of this place!
