  • First time here, and for sure last. My husband asked for fried calamari on his seafood pizza, the waiter said ok. 3 min later...he says "Manager said NO"....not once did manager come to explain why not...we even said we were willing to pay extra he still said "sorry Manager said no". Not having a correct answer and Manager not even coming to explain means customers are not priority. Girl that was training with main waiter was very sweet and she was very understanding with us. Im new to charlotte coming from tourism capital Orlando, FL and im used to great service. Lets say I wont come back. Food was okay. Mellow Mushroom has better pizza.
