  • Customer services is bad. Called last week never reviewed call back. Signed up on line , went in this morning and wanted to sign membership and get key tags. Two people sitting in customer service so approached lady, and were told to see the guy. No smile or welcoming of new members. The dude didn't even make eye contract and appeared we were bothering them. Spreading the experience hoping they read this, and fix the attitudes.
