  • This is a bit late in posting but rating still stands. I took a road trip and drove from Seattle to Scottsdale and when I got to Scottsdale, I stopped by this service department, hoping that they could help. One of the panels on my car was sticking out (how does THAT happen?). Anyway, they took one look at the car and immediately asked if I had a few minutes to wait while they fixed it. This was under warranty and everything but they were really nice and fixed it immediately by replacing pins or something that had fallen out, causing the panel to come "undone". Ok, I'm not a car person but I do know really good service when I experience it and I just wish that my regular service department was on par with these guys.
