rev:text	We've been here before and never had a problem so I hate to give this place a 1 star, but this last time was one of the rudest experiences in my life. I took my son here a few days ago and we saw Dr. Barkow. My ex met us (me and my son) there at the time of his appt. First, we sat in the waiting room for well over an hour as we watched people behind us, come and go while we were still waiting. Then we finally get called back and in walks Dr. Barkow. He shakes my ex's hand and starts talking to him about baseball, b/c my ex was wearing a Red Sox Jersey. At first I thought, maybe it was an oversight. But then it became blatantly obvious, he was either a misogynistic, chauvinistic jerk, or he was a racist (I'm Asian and obviously a female). He continued to direct the entire conversation towards my ex. Never shook my hand, said hello, introduced himself or even good bye. Just nice to meet you Dad...never even looked at me. Even when he asked what the symptoms were, my ex said, well, our son has been with her (me). So I explain the symptoms and he diagnoses my son with bronchitis. He comes back with a prescription and hands it to my ex. Again my ex hands the scripts to me, explaining that I had our son during this time (we have joint, and are very amicable). He comes back again with a sample of medicine and AGAIN, hands it to my ex! I asked my ex later, what was up with the Dr. completely ignoring my existence! Even he agreed it was extremely rude, awkward and uncomfortable!
