  • First time at a Hyatt hotel and it was a pleasant stay. Room was spacious and amenities were adequate. Fitness center had enough gear for everyone. Ambiance in the lobby was cozy. View from hotel room was decent...could check out how crowded the pool, the night view was decent, but the sunsets were stunning. Got to watch and enjoy the July 1 fireworks display from Chase Field from the east facing windows near the elevators on the high floors. Staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Hotel food venues were convenient but pricey...as expected. Stay at this hotel for the 2017 Volleyball Festival International Championships; won't mind staying at this hotel again for the 2018 Festival.
