I called the 1-800 number and the customer service agent was very helpful. She told me that the estimate was for less than $400 and was surprised that the onsite techs collected over $1,000. Justin, the Branch Manager was unavailable, but I left a message for a call today before 3:00 because I was away from the phone at the doctor yesterday. After I left for the doctor, Justin called. My granddaughter told him that I was away and to call back today. It is 2:45 and I haven't heard from him. I called the 1-800 number again and the customer service agent sent me to Justin's voice mail again. I left a new message, but I have to leave very soon. In it I said I wanted a refund for the $539.95 that was never quoted or refunded. I guess my next action is to contact the BBB.
