  • WOW. Fresh Ice Cream made in front of you is a concept I've never seen before. I Cream cafe has an awesome selection of flavors and mix ins. Staff is neat and friendly and the environment is very family friendly. The difference between here and other ice cream parlors is that they create the ice cream in front of you. No it isn't like cold stone or Baskin Robins where flavors are displayed and you can see what they have... NOPE! It's actually mixed in and processed with Liquid Nitrogen, their ice cream is made from scratch each time. I've had the sugar free coffee ice cream with a few mix ins and you can taste each and every item put on. Ice Cream is really smooth and each topping has a subtle taste added tot he flavor. Nothing was too weak or too strong that it either is tasteless or over powers another flavor. Overall, If I'm in this side of town, I'd come here often. For me, it is worth the travel coming from Scottsdale just to hang out and have a bowl of ice cream.
