  • How do you spell Frustration? STAY CLEAR of this dealership!! After 15 years of exceptional experience with BMW Irvine, we bought a certified 2 year old high end. Tom the sales guy promised the damaged rims would be " fixed" and if tire issues appear, he would replace as a condition of our sale. Weeks later, Both front tires are setting off inflation warnings multiple times per couple hour trip. Tom now says " a service issue" trying to remove himself all together. Only have loaners on Wednesdays for repair ( really?). BMW irvine would personally drive you to Enterprise to rent you a loaner when they ran out. NOT professionals. What a NIGHTMARE the BMW Henderson is!
