  • Went last nite for happy hour. Weds is also $5 martini nite evidently! I had the Raspberitini and the Lemon/Basil tini. Both were excellent! Our server Brie was happy to bring us samples of the HH wines ...... but my friend didn't care much for them and opted for a $9 glass of blended red from Australia..... at the recommendation of another server. We ordered 4 appetizers of the HH menu ...caprese salad .... very good. Margarita Flatbread ..... excellent. Beef Carpaccio ..... tasty and beautifully presented. And the black peppered shrimp .... we asked for the spicy sauce on the side, which we got. And we asked to hold the black pepper, and just bring the peppermill ..... as I don't like black pepper or spicy! Here's where they failed! The batter/breading mix already has the pepper mixed in! And it's on both the eggplant base AND the shrimp!! If only the kitchen had informed Brie of that! Well she did her best and offered to order something different for us and had it taken of the check. We ordered the garlic/artichoke/cheese dip instead and it was great. I believe Brie has only been there a couple of weeks.... she did a wonderful job!
