  • Very neat concept where you pick how large of a bowl you would like and then you go up to a buffet style of ingredients which you pick yourself. Then, you pick your meats, vegetables, seasonings and sauces. Then you take this to the cooking area where you choose which starch(es) you want (rices, noodles, etc) and whether or not you want an egg added. Then you go sit down. Once your food is cooked, they bring it to you. There is a huge variety to create your own stir-fry invention. But the way you ordered your food here was WAY different than most other Mongolian BBQs.
