  • I went into this salon on January 23, I only had a consultation but I am still very disappointed. My friend and I both went in for a consultation. My friend went first and the lady who helped us was very uninterested and just had an "I don't want to help you" attitude. She had asked my friend 4 times if she used box die like she was being untruthful and she repetitively told her no. She even went as far as saying if you did I will find out when you die your hair. She then went to get the price. It was a little high but not unreasonable from the looks of the salon. Ok now my turn. I know I may not have the best hair but that is why I am here is for your help. I'm getting married and I wanted to get extensions. The lady was very nice went over my options and she seemed to be concerned for my hairs well being even went to consult another person with a little more knowledge. She came back with the price everything was right in line, she told me that she would have to color the extensions to match if she could not find some from "their" company. She took a photo of my hair took me to the front desk and explained to the receptionist what was going on. She told me to give all my info and she will call me after the hair place calls back. Ok sounds good. I have went to get 3 other consultations found an amazing salon with a great price and very courteous and had a better option for me. I have booked my appointment with them and have everything set in place. I have yet to hear from the salon about anything at all. They have not contacted me one time. They may do great work but how would I know if they can't even call me back. Even an "I'm sorry we can not help you." Would have been better.
