  • Been coming here over a year. Spent almost a $100 on my nails last Friday. The middle finger on my right hand started to lift literally 6 days later. Even though I got "dipping powder" which is supposed to last 4 weeks. The pinky toes on my feet are also peeling off, they were never painted properly in the first place. I come in to have it fixed and they pretend like they don't know what I mean and then ask me to come back tomorrow because they are "busy". I repeat why I'm here and explain that I got this done here literally a week ago. They then tell me to wait 1 hour, to fix ONE nail. A girl comes in while I'm waiting, walking off the street and they tell her 20 minutes. Another girl comes, they tell her 5. Ignoring me. It's clear they are making me wait so they can do fresh customers they can get a tip from. Winnie and another girl in particular kept looking at me, talking to each other, laughing, then looking away. Clearly, purposely ignoring me. Evan finally decides to do something and offers to glue it back on. I again explain I just had this done a week ago and gluing it on isn't what should be done, he agrees to properly fix it. I always come out of my way to come to this salon and tip well (more than 15%). Really disrespectful and terrible service today. Greediness for tips shouldn't make you behave rudely to customers. In the end, it took all of 5 minutes to fix my nail. I didn't even get my feet fixed. Response to owner: As my review CLEARLY says TWO people walked off the street and they took them in immediately over me and made me wait. Don't lie and tell me they were appointments when I heard the girls say that they were just walking in to check if their was space. Also your workers were laughing at me and looking away as I described. Evan wasn't even going to fix it, he was just going to add a little glue until I insisted on it him fixing it. You should fix it for free as nails that cost over $50 shouldn't be coming off in 6 days. Don't worry though, I will never give you my business again. Anyone can look at my Yelp profile and see I've left several fair and balanced reviews and will give a business the benefit of the doubt. What I experienced was thoroughly unprofessional and extremely rude. And yes I have been coming to this salon for a while so super shocked at what I experienced yesterday.
