  • Well recommended. I've used Wright Bet twice now ... and I am about to use them a third time: (1) Paint & install new rear bumper fascia (2) Purchase, paint & install new front bumper fascia (3) Paint other miscellaneous exterior parts & panels The work is excellent and the prices are very good. Here's a 'real life' comparison as example: I earlier took the front bumper paint work to a certain auto-body shop out on Boulder Highway, a 'Best of LVRJ' pick -- often considered a 'symbol of quality' - on recommendation of one of my mechanics. The shop apparently focuses upon insurance work but also advertises via local media. What I observed during the estimate process suggested a very competent & professional operation. I was told the original front bumper would NOT need to be replaced, it would be taken down to bare ... and then repainted well and re-installed. The work would require me to leave my vehicle for 2-3 days ... meaning I am also in for the cost of a rental car. Flash forward a couple of months when I let Wright Bet look at the work. Scott Wright showed me where the original front bumper grill was broken in quite a few places and should be replaced with a brand new bumper. (In looking back at the 'Best Auto Body' estimate, I see an hour of labor to glue the broken places back together, but that was never verbally brought to my attention.) Scott then showed me where one fog light trim ring was entirely missing and that also ought be bought & painted. (The 'Best Auto Body' estimate doesn't address that at all.) Scott ordered those parts, painted them and, within two business days, was ready for me to bring the car into the shop ... and they installed all of it while I waited. And the Wright Bet price? Just about the same as 'Best Auto Body' estimate -- an estimate that did NOT include the price of a new bumper and trim ring. And no spend on a rental car. [ My guess: 'Best Auto Body' preferred to estimate more labor into the job, because it is much higher-margin/profit for the shop (than profit from marking up a purchased bumper). Even though it was in MY best interest to spend that money toward a new bumper ... instead of spend on paint-stripping & gluing labor. ] A few minor quirks emerged after Wright Bet's work - a rub with the wheel, another minor fit issue. Scott and his crew took care of those issues within minutes when I came back about them. Scott takes his shop's work very seriously and he is a very knowledgeable businessman, both in this specific type of work and in general. That is readily apparent in his entire demeanor toward customers, myself and others. The only real downside I can call-out is that, at points, it took a bit of juggling on my part to get my work to fit into the shop schedule, since his shop is in very high demand. And given (as I just explained) that the work is excellent and the prices are much better, I suppose that's not really a big surprise. So my only caveat is to be firm about expecting a prompt scheduling-in ... and expecting they hold firm to their completion date promise. Other than that ... hit it.
