  • I've been a patient at this facility for 12 years now and each time I go in I realize its time to find another doctors office. Today was the last straw. Calling in to get an appointment is always very difficult and I needed to be seen right away for a possible infection. (Mind you I have been a patient here 12 years) No appointments available for 7 days? Or I could call back at 7:30 am and see if they can get me in the next day. So I do that and they ask again what I need to be seen for. I don't feel I need to share all my symptoms with the receptionist as that is why i'm seeing the doctor, I told them possible infection, but also would ask to have RX's filled. Appointment was set for 12:15 pm and they said do I have new insurance ? I've also had the same insurance for 12 years? Receptionist told me my Cigna had expired? I have never had Cigna and they argued with me? I was told to go in 15 minutes early to fill out paper work for my new insurance ( which is not new - same for 12 years) I arrive early and they realize that the insurance is fine and not Cigna ??? Appointment was at 12:15 and they did not call me back until 1:00? PA came in and spent 5 minutes with me and confirmed the infection and ordered an RX. I asked if I could have my existing RX's filled as well she said I needed to make another appointment for that? OMG .. Needless to say I left very angry and she would not do anything for me, oh and she didn't have any appointments until next week?????? I have requested all my records and will be finding another doctors office to settle. I have paid for insurance and the RX for refill are something I have from there I was not asking for anything new. Same that I have taken for years?
