| - I come to Stoney's EVERY Thursdays, and some other days of the week sometimes, I and a group of my friends who comes every Thursdays loves Stoneys, we know many of the employees there from the door man, the lady at cashier upront, the shot girl, the line dance instructor, Jeanette, and the bathroom guy, Renee. However, a very disturbing experience occured last night, Thursday, 07-31-14, and I certainly do not appreciate the rudeness and un-professionalism that we recieved.
One of my friend, unfortunately had forgotten to tip when he had bought a drink from a GIRL bartender at the COWBOY bar on the left side of the place, possible beacause he was tipsy. The bartender was a pretty BLONDE girl, long hair with big, possible fake boobs. When I took my group of friends to the bar to get shots, about 5 of us, the bartender rudely made a remark saying "I don't work for free, you guys have to tip." First and foremost I, and my friends always tips, but for this bartender to say it to me just because one of my friend who forgot to tip was in my group, it doesnt mean that I and everyone else in the group does not tip, I and my other friends had ordered drinks prior to the incident and we tipped the bartender just like we always do every Thursdays, this place makes money from my group, we come here every week and recruit people to come with us. Even with her rudeness, I still tipped her. TIPS are given to a server when a good service is given, tips are not necessary, if she is working there, surely, she is getting paid by the hour, and for her to say "She doesn't work for free and we have to tip," that is one of the most unproffesional thing I've heard. The values of your company will go down because of employees such as. What pissed my group even more, is this blonde bartender, started going to the other 2 bartenders, and started telling them the "WE" are no tippers. Really??? How immature could you be to be doing that?! She ignored us everytime we went to the bar, and the drinks we had afterwards were horrible, not filled all the way, and were treated like crap. Therefore, for once, we ended up leaving really early, we usually leave around 1am-2am, but last night, Thursday 07-31-2014, we left at 11 because we were very upset. I wish I had gotten the bartender's name, but they do not wear name tags, but im sure with the description of how she looks like and the location of where she is working, you guys will be able to identify her. And surely, when you guys speak to her, which I EXPECT for you guys to do, she will know exactly what this incident is about.
We love this place, this incident does not mean that we will no longer come here, however, if it was a tourist or other people, they probably would no longer come to this place. I work at Mandalay Bay in the hospitality management industry, and this kind of action from an employee will not be tolerated, t get such review from a guest, we assure that the employee will get disciplined and trained to match the values of the company. Everyone else in this place is friendly and awesome. We do not expect to get this kind of treatment or service from any employees in our future visits, Stoneys is wonderful, I het so many people to come here, keep up the great work but please fix this BLONDE bartender.
