  • WORST PLACE EVER!!! They don't return calls. Tell your ins company to pick another place. Been dealing with their nonsense for almost 2 months. First ordered the wrong size leg wraps AND then put them on BACKWARDS!! The PT had them order the longer wraps. After 3 weeks the PT had to call them for me to see if there was a timeline. This was because the office would never call me back and you can't get thru to a live person. So on Tuesday I get a call that they will be in on Thurs and I can pick them on Friday but to call first. So tried 3 times with no luck or return and just went over to get the new wraps before PT. THEN they tell me that I can't get them until I bring the old ones back. WHAT??? All their material and signs state NO RETURNS! Well its really an "exchange". So now it will be another week. Terrible service!
