  • The SERVICE DEPT get 5 STARS. The SALES/FINANCE DEPT gets 0 STARS. Made promises they couldnt keep....tried to "slide in" a $2000 extended warranty (on a lease) that I hadn't been asked about or approved. Got worse from there..........Get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. READ EVERY PARAGRAPH of FINANCE PAPERS even after agreeing on terms........Shady business practices.
