  • I don't like to give bad reviews, but this is necessary. Do not waste your time with this place! I bought the Groupon, as well. I've been rescheduled 2 times by them, and this time I needed to move my appointment a little earlier. Well I've left messages all week and no response. I called Groupon, they got through and transferred me. The girl on the phone was unprofessional and when I asked why I wasn't getting any calls back, she said they were short staffed. I asked for the manager and no one was there. I asked for the owner, not their either. When I left my name and number so the owner could call me, she read back the COMPLETELY wrong number and name. When she thought I was hanging up, she called me a Moron. I called her out on it and she stumbled over herself. I asked her name and she hung up. Rude, unprofessional, and a serious waste of time.
