| - I'm cautious with any kind of car dealerships because of some horror stories that I've heard - and experienced personally.
On the evening of 6/9, my check engine light illuminated. I was supposed to leave town on the morning of 6/11, so I needed to get my 2012 Ford Fiesta checked out immediately. I brought in my vehicle first thing in the morning on 6/10, and I was definitely worried when I was told that my vehicle most likely wouldn't even be checked that day. While I appreciated the honesty (which, I feel is rare in a car dealership), it was still disheartening as I had plans that I could not cancel. Justin, my service advisor, did everything in his power to ensure that I had a drive. I'm 18, so I thought that rentals were out of the question until Justin called enterprise to ensure that I would be able to rent from them. He gave me a couple of options, all reasonable, and he told me to call him immediately if enterprise gave me any problems due to my age.
I was able to rent, and all was well! Although enterprise attempted to charge me $600+ for only 4 rental days, despite my paperwork from Ford, Justin stayed on top of them all month to refund me my money, as Ford would pick up 100% of the costs. I was shocked that Ford Country picks up the tab on a rental, even the tax!
My car was repaired over the weekend, and the repairs were covered under my extended warranty. Thank you.
