  • My group of six did "Enigmista", which is a medium difficulty room. Puzzles were quite simple, so we ended up making it to the leader board with about 25 minutes to spare. Given the theme of the room, which is a Saw theme, there were not that many decorations, but that is understandable. I would give the room itself a 3.5 stars because it was so easy, but Escape Reality's customer service is what made it a 5-star experience. First, my group called very last minute and was able to book a room within the next hour for a Groupon price/Locals deal (so make sure you ask about ongoing deals). Also, some of our members came five minutes late from our booked time and they were accommodating and understanding. Lastly, our game master was super friendly and helpful!! Overall, I definitely want to come back and try their hardest room. Keep up the good work Escape Reality!
