  • I just moved into Evo the beginning of February and I love it. Evo is so beautiful. The location is perfect. It's so peaceful. They have the most beautiful countertops, I love the bathroom and kitchen lighting. All The appliances are brand new and upgraded. It's cable and internet ready which made it so simply to turn on service. There wood-style flooring is gorgeous. I toured quite a few other beautiful places here in vegas and not one of them had the kind of customer care I experienced here at Evo. The property Manager Janeth made Evo feel like home for me. She was there for me helping me through the entire process. Her and her staff truly made my move in experience stress free, quick, easy and pleasant. I walk around Evo property and think.. it's so beautiful. I love everything about Evo. It's only going to get better once everything is finished being built. The library is my personal favorite and the in-door basketball court is my sons. That is just two of the many things Evo has to offer. I defiantly recommend Evo for your new home. As stunning and modern and New as Evo is the property manager and staff are what really made Evo home for me.
