Stayed three nights here attending an event in Cleveland. The place was serviceable but they certainly could do a lot better. When we checked in the desk staff wasn't particularly friendly. Admittedly it was past midnight, but after you've endured a long drive and are way past your bed-time that is exactly when you need prompt, friendly service. The receptionist also was uninformed about a shuttle service between this hotel and another hotel down the road where our event was being held. I know for a fact that our conference goers were a huge proportion of the total hotel guests so they really should have been made aware of the shuttle schedule. The location was good, right downtown with several dining options a short walk or drive away. There was a bus stop right out front, though we didn't take a bus this time so I'm not sure where the different routes would take you. The valet parking could be hit or miss. Sometimes they were quick as a bunny rabbit, sometimes they'd take forever. They always seemed friendly and polite though. Rooms were clean and comfortable though they could use some updating (i.e. flat panel TVs...my how quickly we get spoiled). Did appreciate the complimentary Wi-Fi. Breakfast was complimentary as well, and was a pretty good spread, at least in theory...get down early as they seem to start running out of things by 9:30. Not a bad hotel per se, just for the price I expect a little higher level of service.
