Just called to see if the store had a certain item in stock. I was put on hold by an associate... after 15 minutes I decided to hang up and call back. When I called back a different associate answered the phone and I told him that I was on hold waiting to see if the store had an item in stock and that I think I was forgotten about because it had been 15 minutes. I was told to hold one minute so that he can find out who was helping me -- I then gave the name of the associate who originally was looking for my item. He then asks the first associate while I am on the phone if she was helping me find the item and I could hear her in the background say.. "Oh yeah.. we don't have that". Was she even going to let me know? Or would I have sat on hold for another 15 minutes? Very rude customer service, will definitely be going to the West Elm at the District, they are much nicer there.
