  • Halloween night in the District. I love this local joint. We decided to eat here and enjoy a few beers and some appetizers. I love the fact that they are open 24 hours, it's a cozy sports bar and restaurant. We were seated at the bar with large TV screens and poker machines. The patio has an open service window to the bar We ordered chicken wings, nachos, calamari and a few beers. Calamari was very good, lightly breaded, crispy and the squid was not chewy, but the nachos was simple and forgettable. Although this place is known for their pizza, we skipped it tonight, definitely going back. Perfect for families, quick meet ups with friends, and if you are a tourist staying at the Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino, it's a short walking distance in the heart of the District. Check it out, enjoyed by many locals like me.
