  • I googled Olivia Rhee after our acupuncture session because she seemed so unknowledgeable. Her name came up in a court case against the Nevada licensing agency for acupuncturists. She failed the Nevada licensing assessment three times. By their rules, she was disqualified from practicing acupuncture for five years. She then hired a lawyer and sued to have enough questions invalidated so that she could "pass" the exam.
