  • This nail shop is horrible. I went there on my lunch break last Saturday to get my nails done for my birthday. I asked for a full set of acrylics and all of a sudden the older lady I'm guessing the owner who's doing my nails starts using this new "Gel product". I continue to watch as she's doing my nails. They turn out to be good I thought initially. Then I was told it was $45 dollars and was reluctant to pay that much because the nails are so thin that they're loose and look like they'll fall off. THEN.. I went to pay with my card biggest mistake ever. The gentlemen up front swiped my card once and their machine started making a lot of noises, wouldn't print a receipt he said it "there was a error" and ask for my card again and once agin he swiped it and the same issue happened and he even admitted it may be his machine. So I called my fiancĂ© who was in the car to bring me his card and they used that. The gentlemen swiped it twice without permission and lone behold the transaction went through but because it didn't print a receipt they said they didn't get paid. I then pulled up my bank account on my app and showed them that there was a $45 dollar charge that went through and all of a sudden the owner started yelling at me wouldn't let me leave and even when I called my bank and they talked to them confirming the transaction went through. they still had my fiancĂ© go to the Walgreens for cash. In the end this is the most unprofessional company I have ever been to. And I will never recommend anyone to go there. When speaking with my coworkers they all agreed that they have all had horrible experiences no matter what they got there.
