  • My husband woke up with immense back pain that made it difficult to move at all. So I immediately called and they were able to see him within 2 hours. We went and they got him fixed up nicely! It was a good price and my husband was feeling noticeably better as we walked out. The reason for my rating, however, is because of the Doctors manners. Eric Sakowski met us in a room for an evaluation and I was rather offended that upon entering the room he shoke my husbands hand but then turned to me and asked me to move to a different chair (there were two more empty chairs in the room). He didn't even introduce himself or shake my hand first as he did my husband, he simply look at me and asked me to move, as if I did not matter or was less of a person. I don't know if this was because I am a woman, or what the reason was, all I know is I found it incredibly rude, condescending, and even a bit demeaning. I am glad he could fix my husband's back but we will definitely be looking for another doctor who hopefully has better manners for ALL people regardless of gender.
